Unfortunately we cannot offer full refunds or returns to customers at this time unless the shipping company itself has lost the package.

In the case of lost packages, we will assist in communicating with the shipping company to initiate necessary investigations and also secure the insurance funds of the package. In such cases of shipping company error and events the insurance value on the package will be used to refund the customer.
